This site processes as little personal data as technically possible. No tracking, no analytics, no third-party resources. Every font, script and graphic is served from the same server as the page itself — nothing you load here reaches anyone else. The German version is the legally binding one.

Hosting and server logs

The site runs on a server operated by netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, in a data centre located in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with netcup. When you open a page, the server automatically processes data your browser transmits: a truncated IP address, date and time, the requested path and transferred volume, HTTP status code, referrer and user agent.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the site. Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest and are never combined with other data sources.

Contact by email

If you write to the studio, your email address, your name and the content of your message are processed in order to answer it. The mailbox is likewise operated via netcup GmbH. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and (1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies.

No tracking, no cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no audience measurement, no profiling and no automated decision-making — which is also why there is no cookie banner.

Language preference

The site exists in German and English and picks the language on your first visit from the languages your browser reports. If you switch language using the link in the footer, your browser stores that choice under the key lang in local storage so it survives your next visit. The entry holds nothing but “de” or “en”, never leaves your device and is never transmitted to the server. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21) under the GDPR, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77) — for this site, the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz.

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS.
